Due to the personalised nature of our products, bespoke orders cannot be returned or exchanged. The majority of our items are custom-made to each customer’s specifications, so all sales are final for these products.

The following return policy applies only to sticker products purchased from Hajra-Art.

Conditions for Returns

Returns are only accepted for stickers and must meet the following conditions:

​

• The product was purchased within the last 7 days.

• The product is in its original packaging.

• The product has not been used or damaged in any way.

• You have proof of purchase.​

Products That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

​

• Any personalised/bespoke illustrations created for an individual customer.

• Welcome Boards

• Nikkah Certificates

• Wedding Invitations

• Any products purchased on sale

We reserve the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet our return conditions. Only regular-priced stickers are eligible for refunds.

Returning Goods

If you believe you are eligible for a return, please contact us at hajra.art@hotmail.com before sending any products back. Returns will only be accepted if pre-approved. Any products sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

No exchanges are available for any products.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. 

We cannot be held responsible for orders damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery. Please ensure returns are shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
