Return and Refund Policy If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for only Stickers products that you purchased with Hajra-Art. Conditions for Returns In order for the an order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

* The product was purchased in the last 7 days
* The product is in the original packaging
* The product has not been used or damaged in any sort of way.
* The recipient has proof of purchase.

The following products cannot be returned:
* Any personalised/bespoke illustrations made for an individual customer specifically.

*Welcome Boards

*Nikkah Certificates

*Wedding Invitations
* Products purchased on sale.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced products may be refunded.

Returning Goods 

* To begin the process, please contact us via hajra.art@hotmail.com, to notify us that you have decided to make a return. If your return request is accepted then we will either issue a refund or send a replacement depending on the request. Please note that any products sent back without the request of a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. 

We cannot be held responsible for orders damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery. Please ensure returns are shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
